Our process
Submit Query
Send a query to your dedicated advisor either for internal (“nonspecialised”) help or for a specific client query (“specialised”).
Processing
Your query will be processed by our global tax specialists. Where the query is “specialised” we will provide a quote for you to pass on to your client (with your own mark-up).
Delivery
If your query is “nonspecialised”
and fits within your retainer we will
respond promptly to your internal team. Where the quote is for “specialised” work and your client
accepts your quote then we will work with your team to provide the advice to the client.
**”non-specialised” tax advice is generic advice looking at what legislation applies generically to a particular issue. “Specialised” advice
considers the special circumstances of a client (individual or company) and how the legislation would apply to their particular circumstances.
